Vice President, Program Manager, NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance (NATO AGS) Program:
Responsible for all activities relative to the $1.7B NATO AGS program. Dealt extensively with the NATO customer, international industries and governments including the execution and capture of the NATO AGS program. Achieved the successful award of this key NATO program after over 20 years in the pursuit by Northrop Grumman. The program is the cornerstone of NATO’s Smart Defense initiative and Northrop Grumman’s international portfolio.

Vice President and Business Area Leader, Maritime & Tactical Systems Programs: Responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy, financial goals and successful execution of all contractual commitments for a $150M annual sales portfolio of Airborne Mine Countermeasures and Modular Mission Package programs. Achieved for the first time an overall portfolio return on sales greater than 10%.

Director and Deputy Program Manager, Battle Management Command & Control (BMC2)
Programs: Responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic vision, financial goals, quality management system, supply chain management and the successful execution of all program activities with annual Sales of over $700M. Key programs in the portfolio are the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, E-2D Production, E-2C Production and E-2C International Programs. The E-2D is the next generation carrier based Naval Airborne Early Warning aircraft, which will replace the E-2C. Achieved the first flight of the E-2D on schedule. The E-2D has been introduced into the operational fleet.

Director, Program Integration/System Engineering Integration & Test, BMC2 Programs: Responsible for the Program Integration and System Engineering Integration across the all programs in the portfolio of all key functions and processes. Ensured vertical and horizontal integration of the common Program Integration and System Engineering Integration tasks.

Director, Executive Support, AEW & EW Systems Business Area: Responsible for the executive management and support for the office of the Sector Vice President – AEW & EW Systems, coordinating implementation of plans, actions, and commitments adopted by the Sector VP-AEW & EW Systems.

UNITED STATES NAVY    1979 – 2001
Career Naval Officer: 22 years of experience in positions of leadership and responsibility both at sea and ashore involving Naval Operations and major staff responsibilities. These assignments included numerous tours in Naval operations, including command of a warship and major at sea positions on the staffs of operational fleet and squadron commanders. Primary area of expertise with over 14 years experience in the planning and execution of Joint Naval operations involving Multi National Battle Forces, Carrier Strike Groups (CSGs), Expeditionary Strike Groups (ESGs) and individual shipboard fleet operations. Assigned in the Pentagon in the Surface Warfare Directorate (N86) responsible for the Surface Ship Modernization Appropriation. This included the formulation, programming and execution of over 100 Surface Warfare programs budgeted in excess of $1 billion. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the DoD programming and budgeting process.
