David will join Andrew Dingee, Chief Executive Officer of System Safety, and Michael Fry, President of CoreKognition Global, to discuss how organizations can better prepare their people to navigate operational complexity.

David will join Davide Scotti, Head of HSEQ Culture & Human Performance at Saipem, to explore how leaders can strengthen communication, build trust, and create an environment where employees feel confident raising concerns before small issues develop into larger operational challenges.
