To become a CAVU Coach, we seek individuals who meet the following criteria:
Extensive experience in military leadership roles is essential. 20 years required, 25 years desired. Your expertise in strategy, leadership, decision-making, team management, and crisis response will be invaluable in guiding leaders effectively.
As a CAVU Coach, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Your ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and teams will be crucial in helping them reach their full potential
The role of a CAVU Coach often involves working with diverse organizations and leaders facing unique challenges. Adaptability, problem-solving, and a results-oriented mindset are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. Coaches must be willing to travel and embed with a client's organization for up to 2-3 weeks.
