Adolfo is an experienced professional focused on improving operational excellence, culture and leadership, investigative analysis processes, and high reliability operations.

Adolfo retired as Navy Master Chief after 30 years of military service, which included 18 years of senior leadership and management experience with significant responsibility and accountability.  He served on eight U.S. naval aircraft carriers and multiple shore-duty overseas assignments. He served as Commander Naval Air Forces Aviation Maintenance Management Inspection Team Four Leader, USS RONALD REAGAN Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department Leading Master Chief and Training Support Center, San Diego N3 Department Senior Enlisted Leader where he trained, led and mentor Officers, Chiefs and junior Sailors.

Following his Navy career, he has become a coach and mentor to Young Navy Training Officers as a Fleet Liaison Officer with Naval Education and Training Command and has recently trained as a CAVU coach to share his high tempo and high risk naval aviation maintenance experience to the oil drilling industry.
