Transitioning to the corporate sector, he led multimillion-dollar safety, risk, and operational efficiency programs for Fortune 100 companies, including Japan Tobacco International, Asia Pulp & Paper, Philip Morris International, and BP. His expertise encompasses proactive risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and embedding safety-first cultures that protect people and assets.

In his post-military career, Tony has worked extensively across global markets, guiding organizations in achieving high reliability and operational excellence. He has coached leaders and teams in upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations, developed award-winning safety programs, and directed Lean Manufacturing and HSE initiatives in industries ranging from chemicals to pharmaceuticals.
