Aundrey has had a remarkable career spanning both military and civilian sectors, showcasing a diverse range of skills and experiences. Served for over 37 years and retired as a Major in 2014. He played a significant role in developing and registering the Joint Special Operations Forces doctrine. Developed three manuals: Search and Rescue (SAR), Maritime Para Rescue Team (MPRT), and Laser Target Designation.  He was in charge of rescue teams conducting rescue operations across East and West Malaysia.

After retirement, Aundrey transitioned into the oil and gas industry and worked extensively in Malaysia, Brunei, and Qatar, accumulating ten years of experience. He specialized in training and coaching, leveraging management and operational efficiency skills developed during his military tenure.

Aundrey holds a Master’s Degree in Management, which complements his practical military and coaching experience. He is fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, facilitating effective communication and collaboration in multicultural environments. Aundrey is passionate about skydiving, and enjoys SCUBA diving, as Malaysia has some of the most beautiful places for SCUBA diving.
