Carlos Giron retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years as an Aviation Maintenance-man Master Chief Petty Officer. His final tour of duty he served as the team lead for the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Fleet Chief Petty Officer Team – facilitating hundreds of leadership seminars around the globe for hundreds of Navy and Joint Commands comprising of thousands of senior enlisted members as well as Naval Officers. He also served as the Maintenance Master Chief for multiple aviation commands. Additionally, he served as a Naval Science Instructor for the Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC), leading and coaching the future of America.
