Claudio Lima is a Brazilian Naval Academy graduate with a distinguished career of over two decades of service. During his active duty, he became the first Brazilian military graduate of the U.S. Navy SEAL program and commanded the Brazilian Naval Special Warfare Group (GRUMEC).
