Craig Yager is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, with 27 years of military and 10 years civilian leadership and human performance experience. An FA-18 Hornet and Super Hornet carrier based pilot, his Naval experience included commanding Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic (CEO), were he was responsible for leading the Navy’s largest type air wing comprised of 18 commands, 300 aircraft and 8,500 personnel. He previously held FA-18 squadron command (CEO) where he led both military combat operations in the Persian Gulf and humanitarian operations in Indonesia following the 2004 earthquake and tsunami. He has amassed over 700 carrier arrested landing flying from nine different aircraft carriers, has participated in numerous combat deployments, and is a graduate of both the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and the Naval Postgraduate School’s Aviation Safety Officer courses.
Since retiring from the Navy, Craig has held leadership. management and human performance training positions in both the retail and financial sectors, as well as three years coaching and leadership development and training in the offshore oil industry.
