David is a former USAID Chief of Party in Indonesia where he has designed and led organizational change in large agencies.  Before this he worked on large scale development projects led by donor and lending organizations including the World Bank and Asian Development Bank. These roles have taken him from one end of Indonesia to the other working with Indonesian government agencies, universities and schools.  He has also supported education reform while living and working within historically disadvantaged communities in South Africa.

Dave has applied his experience with large-scale training programs and organizational change initiatives to help design, deliver and measure the impact of leadership development, training and coaching initiatives for organizations in high risk, high-reliability industries around the world for over 11 years.   He holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and speaks Bahasa Indonesia fluently.  Dave is an avid recreational scuba diver and experienced Dive Master.
