Devinder “Dev” Singh has served more than 30 years in the Royal Malaysian Air Force as a pilot and in various strategic, operational and tactical roles.  He was responsible at the Strategic (MAF) level for International Engagements and relationships with major Armed Forces globally from North America, Europe, Africa and Oceania. This included training, courses, high level visits, exchanges, exercises and operations. At the RMAF level, he was responsible in the Research and Development of training which included examinations and standardization.  He was also instrumental in the ‘Internationalization’ of the Malaysian Peacekeeping Centre by procuring Instructors from other prominent Armed Forces and conducting international programs.

Dev worked as training specialist at the United States Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he coordinated training, joint military exercises and a range of other elements of the bilateral relationship between the US and Malaysia.  He has personally coached leadership and operational excellence to numerous personnel for clients in high reliability industries onshore and offshore in Asia and the Middle East.  He lives in Bandar Sri Sendayan, south of the Malaysian Capital city of Kuala Lumpur.
