Hamza is a former US Department of Defense Senior analyst where he implemented defense programs in four Combatant Commands; and supervised their successful implementation from strategic to tactical levels. His cultural and linguistic diversities helped him ensure the department of Defense’s posture in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Before that, he was a project engineer where he designed and built power generation facilities and designed high-pressure high-fidelity valves for the US Naval fleet and NASA.
For close to 10 years, Hamza was a human performance coach in the power generation arena, onshore and offshore throughout the globe. His engineering and cultural background abetted him in conducting multiple on site organizational and specific trainings, and delivering bespoke Change Management consulting for organizations, and promoting workplace safety by eliminating, incidents and near misses, through great leadership, organizational culture, and team coerciveness and performance.
Most recently, Hamza has set up and Operated the Program Management Office, for the Executive Unification Team in charge of unifying of the Royal Saudi Air Force and The royal Saudi Air Defense; in addition of being a director of operations in charge of all financial matters and team performance for the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
