Jeff is an experienced leader focused on continuous improvement, enhancing organizational performance, leadership and management, workforce resilience, and successful operations in high-risk environments.

Jeff retired as a Command Sergeant Major after 24 years of military service which included 17 years of senior leadership and management experience with significant responsibility and accountability. He served his entire military career either on the front edge or training to be on the front edge of our land-based operations as a combat focused reconnaissance scout. He has served in 9 different countries in numerous different roles.

During his military career, he has observed, coached and mentored military leaders around the world. He was part of a multinational training group that worked with militaries from over 20 nations. He is a graduate of every enlisted leadership school within the United States Army along with many more. As a Senior Enlisted Advisor, he led and assisted in the management of numerous missions that demanded operational excellence with little to no room for failure. His advice is still sought out from former colleagues and leaders today.
