Kaitlin Brennan attended the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. The youngest of 5 siblings, from Kingwood, Texas, Kaitlin returned home to the Houston, Texas area upon graduating from Ole Miss in 2014. From 2014-2019, Kaitlin quickly emersed herself in customer facing and managerial roles across the aviation, multi-family property management, and environmental services industries.
With the goal of expanding her business knowledge and experience, Kaitlin moved to Austin, Texas in the fall of 2019 where she worked as a Client Service Associate for a consulting intermediary, focused on serving Fortune 500 industrial clients. Through this role, Kaitlin gained valuable experience in project management, market research, and custom recruiting, as well as exposure to a vast array of industrial sector clients and their business operations.
The winds of change, prompted by the global pandemic, saw Kaitlin's return to Houston in 2022. Fueled by a desire to make a meaningful impact on clients and within a work team, Kaitlin found her professional home at CAVU International, starting her role as Business Development Assistant in November 2023.
Outside of work, Kaitlin finds joy in live music and sporting events, particularly when cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels or the Houston Astros. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys time on the water, tubing the Texas rivers, paddle boarding, or swimming. Kaitlin also manages a volunteer committee team every Spring for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the largest rodeo in the world, where they serve to promote the farming and agriculture industries by providing college scholarships to high school students. At home, she enjoys the companionship of her cat Gucci and spending time with her niece and nephews.
