Kelvin is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer with over 22 years of experience applying technical expertise, on-target leadership, strong mentorship, and coaching abilities in support of a variety of high operational and strategic missions. He honed these skills throughout 11 successful assignments which include Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carriers, Strike Fighter and Reconnaissance Squadrons, and major commands across the Pacific and European theater.

His reputation has been built on his unmatched energy and exceptional ability to make meaningful human connections. He effectively unlocks increased Human Performance, bringing the best out in people, building winning teams, and strong cultures.

Areas of expertise include: Coaching, mentorship, leadership development, communications, logistics planning, managing internal control programs, process improvement, program/organizational management, and conflict management/resolution.

He is a graduate of Purdue University Global and has completed military education programs from the Naval War College and National Defense University.
