Kevin is a retired SEAL Command Master Chief with 32 years of service.  He has led, mentored and coached all levels of leadership.  On his final tour, he served as Major Command Master Chief for Naval Special Warfare Group 2, leading 1900 people and 11 subordinate Commands.  He has led and mentored on multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in addition to working in numerous austere environments around the world.  His strengths lie in talent management and leadership development.
