Larry Linton retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years as a Command Master Chief. In his final 3 years he served as the team lead for the U.S. Fleet Forces Command Fleet Chief Petty Officer Training Team - facilitating hundreds of one-day leadership workshops around the globe for hundreds of Navy and Joint Commands comprising thousands of senior enlisted service members as well as junior officers. He also served as the Command Master Chief in USS Monterey; Commander Submarine Forces Staff; and Fleet Ballistic Missile Operational Test Support Unit TWO. Additionally, he served as the Maintenance Coordinator as well as the Personnel/Administrative Officer on numerous submarines.
