Leo Luft is the VP of Business Development for CAVU International. Leo has been coaching and mentoring in the oil & gas industry since 2013, working with all levels of leadership in high performance, high reliability organizations, covering the spectrum of operational excellence tenets.  He is an expert in transferring best practices in planning, communication, execution,  debriefs and lessons learned for normal & emergency operations. Leo has a native level command of German, English and Russian as well as being a very gifted public speaker. He has represented CAVU working with teams from all over the world, delivering keynotes addresses in places such as Gubkin University in Moscow Russia, to Canada and the United States.
