Matt is a retired SEAL Command Master Chief with 22 years of service.  He has led, mentored, coached, and trained all levels of leadership.  His final tour was as a Command Master Chief leading over 100 Naval Special Warfare personnel.  He has led, mentored, and trained SEALs, Combat Systems Support Sailors, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians on multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, and the Balkans. He also served as a Training Department Senior Enlisted Leader, where he was responsible for the safety, risk management and training of over 900 SEALs from the 4 East coast SEAL Teams.  His strengths lie in leadership development, talent management and safety.
