Paul retired as a U.S. Navy Master Chief with 30 years of active duty service, which included over two decades of senior executive level leadership and management. He served as the Commanding Officer’s principle senior level advisor on all matters concerning human resource management as the Senior Enlisted Leader for Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit Jacksonville, FL. Paul served onboard three different nuclear power aircraft carriers completing eight high-tempo deployments to the Middle East in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM and to the South China sea assigned to the Forward Deployed Naval Forces and completed multiple shore duty assignments. He served as Commander Navy Personnel Command as community Rating Detailer, Recruit Division Commander at Recruit Training Command transforming civilians into trained Sailors, CNATTU Jacksonville, as Senior Enlisted Leader where he trained, led and mentored Officers, Chief and junior Sailors.
Following his Navy career, he recently trained as a CAVU coach to share his high risk naval aviation maintenance experience to the oil and gas industry.
