Ravshan has a keen intuition for aligning human performance with institutional goals: applying military and oil & gas leadership experience in order to provide tangible results for our clients.

Ravshan has an extensive Army background in Strategic Arms Control and diplomatic assignments. Ravshan speaks English and Russian at a native level, has a master’s degree in International Relations, which allows him to be able to connect with personnel at all levels of organizational structure and understand the psychological factors or human performance. His last assignment in the US Embassy-Moscow allowed him to transition to Oil and Gas, applying his knowledge and skills in Sakhalin, Russia and other regions since 2013.
