RJ Rosenstein is a retired Marine Infantry Officer with over 20 years’ experience leading Marines, Sailors, Joint Forces, and allies in dynamic, challenging environments. In addition to three combat tours in Iraq and two combat tours in Afghanistan, he served as the US Embassy Oslo’s Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation – responsible for the bilateral security cooperation relationship between the United States and Norway. His final military assignment capitalized on his leadership and planning expertise where he coached and mentored military planners responsible for the western Pacific, Europe, South America, and defending the homeland.
