Robert is a retired U.S. Marine Corps aviator and senior leader who brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, operations, and safety in high-risk, no-fail environments. His career spans early operational roles through senior aviation leadership, including assignment to the Presidential Helicopter Squadron and responsibility for leading large, complex organizations supporting global operations and readiness. Throughout his service, Robert worked closely with leaders at all levels to plan and execute demanding missions where disciplined performance, sound decision-making, and accountability were essential.

Robert has flown every helicopter in the Marine Corps inventory, to include the MV-22, and from this experience  focused on balancing operational requirements with organizational readiness by identifying performance shortfalls, developing training requirements, and establishing clear operational milestones to achieve mission objectives. Robert brings a practical, experience-based coaching approach grounded in real-world operations, helping leaders and teams perform reliably under pressure while strengthening culture, teamwork, and trust.
