Rowan Martin

Safety, Performance & Leadership Coach

Rowan Martin served 28 years as an Infantry Officer in the Australian Army across command and training appointments including operational deployments to the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region. He also was fortunate to have exchange postings with the New Zealand, British, Canadian and US militaries building strong friendships across the globe. He has coached on both land and offshore rigs and has assisted clients across the Asia Pacific region meet their operational excellence goals.  He continues to serve the military in a Reserve capacity helping develop strategy for the future energy requirements for Defence.  Rowan has a strong interest in veteran's welfare and was part of the organization committee that brought The Invictus Games to Australia in 2018 highlighting the capabilities of wounded veterans post their service. He is a founding member of a young Veterans support group in his home region on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.
