Shaiful gained massive offshore jack-up, semi-sub and tender(TAD) rigs experience with multiple drilling companies, i.e. Transocean, Enscoplc and SDA, operating mostly in South East Asia with enduring WellIntervention and Slickline credentials. Developed his role as a Lead Auditor inOHSAS 18001, OPITO, IMS Standards and ISO Quality MS, serving a majorcontribution in shaping organization safety operational cultures. In 2013, heassigned for a regional roles in Beijing, Shekou and Shenzen, in lieu of ShellYinggehai basin drilling campaign, obtained his State Administration of WorkSafety (SAWS), which is directly under the China State Council, he alsoresponsible for company's EHS, consigned toward Mindanao, Southern ofPhilippine and Sulawesi, Indonesia for years.

Ensuring Zero LTI and eliminating hazards and risks in aplace of work, with an intense study on analytical assessment, he excels inelevating operational man-hours with oil fields business partners. Hiscredentials in HSE Case and Oil and Gas Contractual Bridging Documentation withwell-known PSC/ RSC operating in Malaysia set an advantage in day-to-dayoffshore operations.
