Steve, a native of Odessa, TX, brings a wealth of experience in operational excellence, culture, and leadership. He is an experienced professional focused on improving performance, the human condition, and building high-performing teams.

Steve is a retired Naval Commander after 25 years of military service. This includes 15 years of senior leadership and management experience with significant responsibility and accountability.  

Prior to his military service, Steve worked as a Production Supervisor for an automotive glass manufacturing plant. As a Naval Flight Officer, he served in leadership positions in multiple squadrons operating in Nuclear Strategic Command and Control. He served as a “Shooter” onboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. Additionally, he served as an aide to a U.S Army two-star General in Iraq, he taught leadership as a Class Officer at Naval Officer Candidate School, served as an Officer-In-Charge of a Tactical Air Control Squadron onboard the USS Wasp, and he served six years as a Master Facilitator for the Naval Leadership and Ethics Command.

Steve has built his leadership skills and operational expertise over a career dedicated to self-improvement, self-awareness, respect, and trust.
