Travis is a proven leader of tactical professionals with more than 25 years of experience with laser focus on leadership and safety. He thrives in high-risk environments and leads teams to mission accomplishment through effective safety culture and risk management. As a Strike/Fighter pilot he flew over 4,000 hours and over 250 combat missions where he was decorated numerous times for personal valor in combat. As the Executive Officer of the Navy’s largest Flight Test Squadron, he successfully provided leadership to over 2,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel performing high risk aircraft test flights, maintenance actions, and administrative support. His leadership experience also includes commanding Special Operations Forces as the leader of an Armed Reconnaissance Detachment conducting direct action missions that targeted High Value Individuals through surveillance and close air support. He is an experienced and innovative executive with a reputation of leading exceptionally motivated teams in high-risk environments while preserving our most valuable asset - people.
