Wes Spence is a retired Navy SEAL officer with over 20 years' experience successfully leading diverse groups and solving complex challenges worldwide; a veteran of three combat tours in Afghanistan. His military career culminated with his service as Chief of Staff (COO equivalent) for the Combined Forces Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan where he led a staff of 250 personnel providing operational oversight, logistics, intelligence, IT support and human resourcing for 6500 U.S. and coalition Special Operations Forces and 21,000 Afghan military personnel. Since his military retirement in 2013, Wes has continued his relentless pursuit of excellence as a leadership, safety and human performance subject matter expert where he has brought substantive cultural change to dozens of organizations in Asia, North America, Europe and Africa.
