While not an Ivy League educated military commander, he learned to solve problems from the inside out as he accomplished during a decade of non-stop deployments to the world’s hottest combat zones. As a decorated Non-Commissioned Officer leading dozens of U.S Special Operations units, coalition and partnered forces he showcased the intangible “it” factor that is so rare in leaders when results cannot be gambled with. Post service, Will has dedicated himself to passing his invaluable lessons learned on to the next generation of warfighters as an instructor specializing in air to ground integration, advising policy makers and raising a family.
