Leo Luft is the Europe and Asia Strategic Business Manager for CAVU International. He has been coaching and mentoring in the oil & gas industry since 2013, working with all levels of leadership in high performance, high reliability organizations, covering the spectrum of operational excellence tenets.

Leo was recently a key speaker at the 2019 Sakhalin Oil & Gas Conference, where he presented on a Case Study on Human Error. Leo is an expert in transferring best practices in planning, communication, execution, debriefs and lessons learned for normal & emergency operations. He has a native level command of German, English and Russian as well as being a very gifted public speaker. He has represented CAVU working with teams from all over the world, delivering keynotes addresses in places such as Gubkin University in Moscow Russia, Canada and the United States.
