CAVU partnered with an offshore client to eliminate life-altering injuries by transforming how teams communicate before, during, and after high-risk work. Through coaching, trust-building, and a focus on Life Saving Rules and Actions, we helped crews identify and mitigate serious hazards in real time.

CAVU recently supported a five-day workshop focused on Safety, Wells Operations Crew Resource Management (WOCRM), Simulations, and Roundtables—bringing together an international group of participants from Mexico, Turkey, Iraq, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan.
CAVU delivers tailored, in-person seminars, workshops, and roundtables built for the realities of high-consequence work. This isn’t motivational speaking or generic leadership theory. It’s hands-on, practical training led by coaches with experience in demanding environments—so your leaders leave with tools they’ll actually use.
High-performing teams don’t happen by accident—and they don’t stay strong without intentional leadership. In this session, Wes draws on his experience as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer and his work coaching high-reliability teams across Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Manufacturing to break down the human performance and leadership principles that actually move the needle in the field.
