We recently had the privilege of hosting a training event for our newest group of coaches, who bring an incredible wealth of experience and leadership expertise to our team. These six exceptional individuals—Jeff Barker, Paul Sandiford, Steve Hartman, Ira Marcum, Anthony Spinler, and Matt Kaslik—each have a unique background that exemplifies the principles of operational excellence, resilience, and teamwork that we champion at CAVU. Let’s take a moment to celebrate and introduce these outstanding leaders.

• Jeff Barker: Retired Command Sergeant Major with 24 years of service. Jeff’s leadership expertise spans nine countries and includes 17 years in senior leadership, mentoring teams in high-stakes environments with no margin for error.
• Paul Sandiford: A retired Navy Master Chief with 30 years of service. Paul’s experience in naval aviation maintenance and operational leadership has been critical in shaping successful teams both onshore and offshore.
• Steve Hartman: A native of Odessa, TX, and a retired Naval Commander with 25 years of service. Steve’s career reflects a dedication to self-improvement, ethics, and respect, which he now applies to building high-performing teams.
• Ira Marcum: A former Marine Corps leader and HR expert with 20 years of service. Ira brings unparalleled expertise in employee development, operational risk management, and fostering positive workplace culture.
• Anthony Spinler: Retired Navy Captain with 34 years of service in the Seabees. Anthony has transformed organizational culture in 43 countries while delivering operational excellence in construction, project management, and safety.
• Matt “Kaz” Kaslik: Retired Navy Commander and former Blue Angels Executive Officer. Matt’s experience in aviation, leadership development, and international relations makes him a dynamic addition to our team.
• Will Bracy: A decorated former Special Operations Non-Commissioned Officer with a decade of deployment experience, Will brings unparalleled problem-solving skills, instructional expertise, and a mission-driven approach to building cohesive, high-performing teams.

These six coaches embody the spirit of CAVU, bringing their unique backgrounds and expertise to help organizations achieve operational excellence, improve team dynamics, and drive lasting cultural change. Their commitment to fostering growth and resilience is what sets CAVU apart.
