CAVU’s coaching program instills a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout a new and inexperienced workforce in Sakhalin, Russia
A client in Far East Russia faced extensive challenges as 70 out of 90 crew members were new to the project. There were cultural barriers, language barriers, and it was many crew members’ first time in Russia. Many of the less experienced Russian hands had no previous exposure to a rigorous and robust safety culture and were unfamiliar with the client’s Safety Management Systems.
